Internships are composed of training, fieldwork, and skills practicing, for a period of 3 or 6 months. CYN offers the opportunity for its members and youths (aged 18 – 25) based in Phnom Penh to learn about community organizing, youth capacity-building, and organizing youth events and campaigns. As an intern, you can improve your knowledge, abilities, and leadership skills and you will benefit from a broad support network.

A Cambodian Youth Network internship allows you to:

• Learn how to facilitate meetings, workshops, training, a youth forum, or a youth event;
• Develop proposal and report writing skills and administrative skills;
• Gain experience in community organizing as well as organizing youth events;
• Improve knowledge of human rights, environment, and civic engagement;
• Benefit from leadership development.
• The certificate will be provided to all the interns who complete their period.
